PAYMENT METHODS WE ACCEPT
There are three ways you can pay us:
  • Online through Paypal with your credit card, debit card or paypal account
  • Personal or business check
  • Cash
OTHER FEES

BEVERAGES:
$1.50 per person. Includes water, lemonade or iced
tea, coffee and hot tea served in 8 oz. glasses and  
white ceramic mugs.
BAR SET UP FEE:
Includes glassware, ice, bar-top containers,            
all clean up. $95. for non-alcohol basic beverages,
$
225. for wine and beer, $325. for cocktails.

TABLETOP:
Plates for dinner and dessert, all flatware, $3.50 flat.

EQUIPMENT  
Use of my serving dishes, chafing dishes, serving
utensils, baskets, candles, decor is a flat fee
of $20 per event.

EVENT SERVICE
$25 per hour for Jamie.  Time charged begins when
we leave our commercial kitchen. Service includes
transport, loading/unloading, food preparation,
buffet table and beverage table set up, decoration,
refilling, bussing tables, racking rentals, kitchen
clean up and buffet clean up. Time ends when we
leave the event.

Servers are $15 per hour, per server. Number of  
servers needed per party sizes:
1
0-40 guests--1-2 extra servers
40-90 guests--3 extra servers
90-150 guests--4 extra servers
150 + guests --5+ servers

You can also have us drop off your food and set up
your buffet. You clean up and return our dishes to
us. Service charge begins when we leave our
commercial kitchen and ends when we have finished
setting up your food. Usually about two hours.

If you want basic drop off service, the flat fee is $20.

We reserve the right to require extra servers for
certain events. We will discuss this with you during
the planning meeting.

*The Lamb's Table does not apply gratuity automatically to
your bill. We feel that you should base gratuity on the quality
of service you receive from us. We believe we should earn
tips, not charge people for them. The industry standard is
18%, but you should tip what you think we deserve.
INTRODUCTORY AND PLANNING MEETINGS
We spend a full two hours with you at the introductory meeting. We then present you with a fully
custom menu and quote. If you decide to hire The Lamb's Table to cater your event, we will
include two hours of planning at the second planning meeting (usually at the venue). If you would
like to have additional planning meetings, we will charge $20 per hour.

Dinner Prices

Single Buffet
One salad, one side, one entree. With bread.
Starting at $14 per person

Deluxe Buffet
Two salads, two sides, two entrees. With bread.
Starting at $20 per person

Small Plate buffet
Five small portion entrees and sides. With bread.
Starting at $17 per person

Appetizer Buffet
Three savory appetizers and three
mini size desserts. These can also be passed by a
server, rather than set out.
Starting at $11 per person.

offer many suggestions to get these prices lower!

Family Style Service

Three items:

HOW MUCH IS A TASTING?
$40 total for three items. Additional items are $10 each.
You can bring as many people as you want to a tasting.

Tastings can be set up only after we have had an
introductory meeting with you and presented you with a
menu and quote.

These are average prices for weddings with
appetizers, dinner and bar service. The cost
of wedding catering is made up of the food
and beverages, the service and the
tablewares. We do not mark weddings up- it is
the same price for any large gathering. Your
bill would be lower with fewer food choices,
non-alcohol drinks only and a buffet. Your bill
would be higher with family-style or plated
service, more food choices or expensive
ingredients and full bar.
