Steps in using us for your catering needs: 1-Read about our menu, services and prices on our website. 2-Do a rough estimate of what your event will cost on our 'Packages and Prices' pages. If you like what we have to offer: 3-Contact us. If the fit seems right for both of us, we will set up a planning meeting. 4-At the planning meeting, we will go over the 'Event Planning Tool' with you. 5-The second meeting can include visiting the event space and/or firming up details in the event plan. Up to two hours of event planning is free. 6-Two weeks before your event, half of your estimated bill will be due. 7- 72 hours before the event your final guest count is due. The amount of food provided and the final bill will be based on that number. 8-The remainder of the bill is due at the end of the event |
